A series of events will celebrate the 500-year anniversary of Via Giulia in Rome.
These include conferences on history, art, social mores and the fraternal orders prevalent at the time; classical music concerts; exhibitions dedicated to painting and sacred art; processions; theatre and light shows.
Especially worthy of mention are the guided tours designed to explore the beauty of sites and monuments such as Piazza dell'Oro, the Church of Santa Maria dei Senesi, the Church of Sant'Eligio degli Orefici, Palazzo Sacchetti and the Church of Santo Spirito dei Napoletani.
