The Hotel Sonya is staffed 24/7 – so if you have a confirmed reservation, your room will be ready and waiting for you no matter how late you may arrive. Of course, you may check-out at any hour of your choosing prior to 11:00 AM.
If you arrive prior to 2:00 PM and the room is still being readied, you can always leave your luggage secured with us while you stroll around our Roman neighborhood. (Enjoy an espresso – or fine glass of Italian wine in one of our city’s many cafes!)
Cancellation policy:
If your booking is canceled 3 days prior to your arrival date, there’s no penalty.
If the reservation is canceled less than 3 days prior to your arrival, or in the case of no-shows you will be charged the price for the 1st night’s stay.
Children:
Children under 2 years of age stay with us free of charge when using the same room as the adults and are accommodated in a cradle (free upon request- a maximum of one cradle per room, please).
Pets:
Well-behaved small size pets are accepted free of charge. For obvious safety reasons, no dangerous or exotic animals allowed. Please check with us first if you have any questions about your pet.

For your hotel reservations in Rome, we gladly accept American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, Bancontact, CartaSi.
